2. Hosting when the website is accessed

This website is hosted by an external service provider. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, volume of data transferred and browser type (server log files). This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server log files are deleted automatically as soon as they are no longer required for the operation of the website.

3. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the contact details, project information and message you enter in order to assess your project and contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Your details are not stored in a database. They are used solely to send a single notification email to us; no further storage or use takes place on our side.

4. Email delivery via Resend

We use the email service Resend to send the notification email. For this purpose your form details are transmitted to Resend and processed solely to deliver this single email. We do not pass them on to other recipients or use them for other purposes.

5. Locally hosted fonts

The fonts Geist and Geist Mono used on this website are hosted locally. No connection to an external font provider is established when the website is accessed.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services. The only technically necessary cookie stores your selected language. A cookie banner is therefore not currently required. Should services requiring consent be added in future, they will only be activated after your consent.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent given at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
